We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, our straightforward returns and exchanges policy makes it easy to resolve.
Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are:
- In original, unopened packaging with all tags and accessories
- In the same condition as when received
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the collectible nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened collectible figures from any line (Vintage Collection, DC Universe, McFarlane, etc.)
- Special edition items marked as “final sale”
- Personalized or custom orders
- Gaming collectibles with opened software or codes
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- Package your item – Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging
- Ship your return – Send the package to our Detroit facility (return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error)
- Receive confirmation – We’ll notify you when we receive and process your return
Return Shipping Information
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival at our facility), we’ll process your refund or exchange:
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once the original is received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective collectible, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns
For collectors outside the United States (excluding certain Asian and remote regions not served), return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using the original shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) for returns.
