Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two reliable shipping options to get your collectibles to you safely:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Includes basic tracking

International Collectors Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian and remote regions not served by our carriers. International customers may be responsible for customs fees or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We understand that sometimes a collectible might not meet your expectations. Our straightforward policy ensures we maintain the premium quality collectors expect while providing fair solutions.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they meet these conditions:

  • In original, unopened packaging with all tags and accessories
  • In the same condition as when received
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their collectible nature, these items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened collectible figures from any line (Vintage Collection, DC Universe, McFarlane, etc.)
  • Special edition items marked as “final sale”
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Gaming collectibles with opened software or codes

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these steps to process your return:

  1. Contact our support team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – Our collector support team will review your request within 2 business days
  3. Package your item – Once approved, securely pack the item in its original packaging
  4. Ship your return – Send the package to our Detroit facility (return shipping is at your expense unless the return is due to our error)
  5. Receive confirmation – We’ll notify you when we receive and process your return

Return Shipping Information

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend:

  • Using a trackable shipping service
  • Purchasing shipping insurance (we cannot guarantee receipt of uninsured returns)

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive the original.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Photos of the damage
  • Your order number

We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

International Returns

For collectors outside the United States:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Any applicable customs fees are your responsibility
  • We recommend using the original shipping carrier (DHL, FedEx, or EMS)
